The Conrad Hotel is the designated meeting site as well as the lodging venue of choice. All GAARRC sessions will be conducted in the hotel, 999 Ashford Avenue, San Juan.  Please make your reservations early as there is a limited number of rooms available at the negotiated rate! Said rates will not be available beyond the cut-off date of March 31, 2010.

You may choose to make telephone or online reservations. For a telephone reservation, please call The Conrad Hotel, toll-free at (888) 722-1274 or locally at (787) 721-1000, and mention "University of Puerto Rico GAARRC 2010" to receive the special group rate of $155; otherwise, book through the hotel's, online, reservation system, and follow the procedure described below.

The above-quoted rates are net and non-commissionable, exclusive of all applicable state and local taxes and fees. Check in time 4:00 PM and check out time is at 12:00 Noon.  Early check ins and late check outs are subject to room availability and approval by the Front Desk manager.  Reserve early as the number of blocked rooms is limited.  The negotiated rate will apply only while blocked rooms remain.

Please note the following points.

1.  In addition to the above-mentioned, base rates, there will be a daily resort fee, currently set at 14% of the rate per room, per night, plus government taxes.

2.  Local and state taxes as well as the hotel fee are subject to change without notice.

3.  Minimum age for check ins is 21 years.

4.  No pets will be allowed.
